Hey guys i'm back with another blog. Today I will be telling you about an Easter hunt I have been on before. I haven't done that many Easter egg hunts before, but I did do one a couple of years ago in my old house with my sister. I remember it quite well because it wasn't that long ago. My sister made me wait in my room with the curtains closed for ages. Then she came into my room and gave me a peace of paper that was stained with coffee so it would look like and old map. It had a drawing of the outside of the house on it. Then she gave me a clue. then I went outside and the clue led me to the mail box. I got a chocolate and another clue. Then it led me to outside my bedroom window and I got an egg and another clue. Then I had to dig up a metal box in the ground. I had to work out the code to the box then I got another part of the map. It took me a while to find all of the other eggs and clues. My sister made it really hard for me. She wrote all of the clues in Latin so I had use the translator to decode them. Every time I asked for her help I had to give her one of my eggs. Then after I got all of my eggs there was one more left and i didn't know where it was. There was writing on the side of the house in chalk and it said on it 'Congratulations!' Then under it, it had something that looked like a game of hang man. I had to get all of my clues and get a charcoal pencil and shade the back of the clue to get the letters to fill in the word so I could get my last egg. I was really confused and wouldn't figure it out. So my sister just played hang man with me and helped me figure it out. Then the word spelt out picnic table. I ran over to the picnic table and got a pack of jelly beans. Anyway that was and Easter egg hunt that I've went on.

Zoos: Good or Bad
Hey guys i'm back with another blog. Today I will be talking about zoos and is there good or bad. Some pros and cons about zoos are:
Pros: Cons:
- They help injured animals - Captive animals
- They are educational tools - Habitats may not be right
- A safe place for endangered animals - The animals can get depressed
Zoos are good because they help injured animals in need. They are also very educational because you can go and see animals in real life and watch them in there habitats. They are also a safe place for endangered animals so we don't lose more species. Zoos are also bad because they keep animals captive, sometimes they don't keep animals safe or they don't feed them the right amount. The animals habitats may not be the right temperature or may not have the right plants. Also the animals can get depressed. They can get depressed if they are kept from other animals of there species or other animals they would usually be around in the wild. Some zoos are amazing. They can have habitats that are perfect for the animals and feed them so they are basically hunting for food in the wild. But some zoos can have the worst habitats for the animals. They can have the worst ones because they might not have enough room for the animals to run around, and they may not feed them enough or if they are the type of animals that usually hunt for the food, the zoos may not feed them in that way. Here are some examples of good and bad zoo habitats can you see which one is the good habitat and which one is the bad habitat?
Overall I think that zoos can be good, if they have the right equipment and the right food for the animals especially if they have the right habitats. but zoos can be very bad if they don't have the right food for the animals and if they don't have a big enough habitat. Here's a picture of the difference between the wild and habitat:
The zoo may look very nice and a very good habitat. But you can see that the in the wild the elephants are around more of there own kind, and they have much more room to run around.
What's your take on this? Do you think zoos are good or bad?

Christchurch Football Club
Hey guys i'm back with another blog today. Today I will be talking about the Christchurch Football Club (CFC for short). I am writing about CFC because it is very interesting. CFC is the oldest rugby club in New Zealand! It was founded in 1863. It is the second oldest in the world next to Blackheath in the UK. The club played by there own rules for a couple of years, until in 1870 when rugby was introduced to NZ by Charles John Monro. The Christchurch Football club isn't just for playing rugby. In the winter when rugby is on they also have a number of CFC netball teams. They also have the Christchurch Football Squash there too. I play Netball and Squash for CFC I used to play rugby for them too.
Here are some pictures of the club:
CFC was home to a lot of All Blacks and Black Ferns. Here's the list of All Blacks that's played for this club:
