Maths Create Week 11

Hey guys i'm back with another blog. Today I will be sharing with you my create for maths this week. Our goal was "Identify and describe 2D and 3D shapes using mathematical language and Identify and sort 2D and 3D shapes into classes. Define the properties of the shapes and justify the decisions made." So what we had to do was look at a google drawing and answer the questions, then do another task. Here's mine:

Reading Create Week 11

Hey guys i'm back with another blog. Today I will be showing you my create task for reading this week. Our goal was "Visualise using all of the senses, and talk about how this enriches meaning." What we had to do was choose a text to read then draw a picture of what we saw. I read Harry Potter when he first saw platform 9 3/4. Here's mine:

Writing Week 10 Create

Hey guys i'm back with another blog. Today I will be sharing with you my create task for writing this week. What we had to do was go through slide show and look at different language features, then start planning a short story to write, then we had to write our story. Then we had to write down examples of personification, metaphors and onomatopoeia that we had in our story. Here's mine:

Reading Create Week 10

Hey guys i'm back with another blog. Today I will be sharing with you my create task for reading this week. Our goal was " Synthesising-think while reading, pick up new information, and come up with new ideas and new thinking". Synthesising means to change your thinking while the text is evolving. What we had to do was read a book, (here's the link to it How to be normal) then we filled out boxes on a google drawing. Here's mine:

Cyber Smart Smart Footprint

Hey guys i'm back with another blog. Today I will be sharing with you what I did in cyber smart. What we did was do some short activities and watch some videos. After we watched some videos we had to find a buddy and do a blog battle with them. A blog battle is where you have to go through your buddy's blogger to earn them points but also lose them points. I did it with my friend Samantha. I won with 120 points while she had 86. Then the winner of the blog battle had to make a special badge that could maybe go on your blog! Here's what I made:

Writing Create Task Week 8

Hey guys i'm back with another blog. Today I will be sharing with you my create task for writing this week. what we had to do was watch some videos, then choose what type of story we want to write. Then we planned out our story and started to write our story's. My story is called The Secret Garden. Here's the first two paragraphs of my story!

Rose was deaf. She didn't say anything, all she would do was write in her little yellow book. The only way she talked to her mum and dad was to use sign language. She didn't have many friends, her mum home schooled her. She did have a best friend though Coco (her dog). Rose and Coco loved going on adventures. But her parents are very protective so she can only go where they are going. Rose liked to think that she had a lot of best friends, she had her parents, Coco, and her Grandparents. She loved her Grandmother and Grandfather. She would run around there massive house and explore all of the lost bedrooms. When she found out that they died she was devastated. She cried for weeks on end. 

Rose woke up with an excited depressed feeling. For today was the day that her and her family went through her grandparents house! She woke up and got dressed in the outfit her Grandmother bought her. She ran into the kitchen and signed for her parents ‘let’s go’. Her parents looked at her and chuckled. When they arrived at her grandmother's house, her parents signed to Rose ‘you can go and adventure while me and your mother go through the house. Rose smiled and ran off before they could do anything.

Hey guys i'm back with another blog. Today I will be sharing with you my create task for reading this week. What we had to was read three different books. I read Green Eggs and Ham, The Lorax, and The Wizard and the Hopping Pot. After we read three books we had to choose a create task to make for each of them from a bunch of different create tasks.
