Hey guys i'm back with a new blog! Today i'll be talking about my RE comic strip!! So a couple of weeks ago we made a comic strip of the stations of the cross. Here's what mine ended up like.

Technology!!

Hey guys i'm back with a new blog!!! My last couple of ones are pretty boring I know but this one I think you'll find fun! Anyway let's get straight into this blog. So when your a year 7 & 8 you get to go to Technology!!!! Last term I did a blog about this and I talked about how i'm in plastics. But this term i'm talking about.... FABRICS. Fabrics is basically just sewing but we call it fabrics. In year 7 you make a little couch cushion! Then in year 8 you have more of a choice you can make  bag or even a bigger cushion! I just finished my cushion inner and now i'm on to picking out my fabrics and choosing what design I can do. For my design i'm thinking about doing a silhouette picture of the harry potter cartoon character here's what i'm thinking it looks like.


Then i'm going to do that in a colourful pastel rainbow colour and i'm going to do the background a plain old black and white or a adventurous pattern. If we finish our cushion early then we get to make a mini little bag or purse! So i'm trying to get it done fast! Anyway that's all for today bye!!!

Speech!!!!!!

Hey guys i'm back!!!!!!!! Today i'm going to tell you about our speeches!!!! We have been writing our speeches lately and we are going to present them in home bases in week 5 😬😬😬 and i'm barely done. I'm only on my second paragraph! Anyway here's a little picture of the doc if you want to see it.

Goals for term 2!!!!

Hey guys i'm back with a new blog!!!!! To day i'm going to share with you my goals for this term!!!😃😃

1. My first goal is to not be distracted when i'm doing my work. I'm going to do this by keeping my eyes on my own Chromebook. Also listening to what the teachers have to say.

2. My second goal is to not be afraid to ask for help and ask when I need it. I will keep on doing this by trying to remember it and not being afraid.

3.My last goal is to try to get to Fuzzy Tee Tops by the end of the term. I'll do this by following the instructions and keep doing my goals. I'll also finish my work on time.

Cross country!!!!!!!!

Hey guys!!!! I'm back with a new blog!!!!!! Today i'm going to be telling you about....... CROSS COUNTRY 😃😃😃 If you don't know what cross country is it's where you have to run quite a big distance of running depending on your year. Since i'm a year 7 then I had to run 3 laps around the whole Park. Btw GUESS WHAT I came......  4. So that means i'm going to ZONES 🎉🎉🎉. I'm not that excited though because zones is pretty hard we have to run a lot and I mean A LOT. But it's still fun. If you don't know what zones is well it's where you have to verse a whole bunch of people from schools around Christchurch. Then again you run a lot. Anyway that's all for today bye!!!!!!!!!!

Discrimination art

Hey guys!!!! I'm back with a new blog. and today i'm going to tell you about the discrimination art we've been doing in class!!!! I only just finished it. It took a really long time to finish. But I did it 😀😀

It will be a little hard to read sorry but here it is😃😃 I hope you like it. What we had to do was make a poster on a digital platform or on paper. I did it on paper as you can see. We had to make a picture of ourselves and the a logo and slogan. I did we are one and a little person that was half brown half white. WE also had to write a little story, song verse, or a poem. I chose to do a song verse the verse was from the song where is the love when they mentioned discrimination. I'll show a example we had to follow.

What is discrimination?

Sexism~
Sexism is if someone judges you or makes you do something all depending on your gender. As example if your a man you should work as a builder or a police officer or a firefighter then if your a women you should work as a nurse or a cook or baker.

Ageism~
Ageism is were someone judges you or makes you do something because of your age. For example if your a year 7 in school and if the teachers say that the year 8's can sit on chairs and the year 7's can't. That is ageism.

Racism~
Racism is the most worse type of discrimination now a days. Racism is when someone judges you or makes fun of you depending on your race or colour of your skin. As example if theirs someone that's black can't sit with the white people then that is really bad racism.

Able-ism~
Able-ism is where is someone that has a disabilities like autism or can't walk properly. It can be able'ism as example if there is someone that has autism can't play with the other people because he can't think properly that is very bad able-ism.

Religion~
Religion is where people judge you depending on your religion. For example if your Jew and there is a Muslim person they can't hangout together or with anyone else because there from that religion.
